Gil Kalesinskas has more than 30 years of experience in managing construction projects throughout the state of Massachusetts. He has also overseen properties in Eastern Massachusetts and worked in maintenance for residential and commercial buildings, giving him extensive experience in the field.

Gil Kalesinskas developed his skills and knowledge of public construction projects, which included schools and libraries, through his previous role as Senior Project Manager and Owner of AMG Enterprises. In 2022, he joined Caritas to continue his work in the industry. He is dedicated to establishing safe and respectful environments for people to reside, gather, and work.

At Caritas Communities, Gil is responsible for ensuring the quality of physical spaces in 34 residential buildings comprising almost 1,000 housing units. He aims to provide a functional, safe, and dignified living environment for residents who have experienced homelessness and are economically disadvantaged. Gil Kalesinskas ensures compliance with required financial controls and regulatory requirements, plans and manages capital projects, and communicates effectively across the organization. At Caritas, he also takes joy in training staff and helping team members gain career-building skills in property maintenance.

Gil Kalesinskas holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering and Management. Gil enjoys outdoor activities and sports in his free time, preferring a country lifestyle surrounded by nature and family.
