The purpose of the project is to renovate a physically degraded SRO property in Quincy, MA to restore it to safe, energy-efficient, and dignified living standards. The project will repair structural issues, replace obsolete systems, upgrade building components and finishes that are beyond their useful lives, remediate asbestos-containing materials, improve accessibility, upgrade for energy efficiency, and make other essential upgrades in order to prevent the buildings from being uninhabitable in the near future so that current and future low-income residents are not displaced and live in safe, comfortable, and dignified housing.

By Bus. Take the #210 bus from Fields Corner to Quincy Center. From the Ashmont Station take the #215 bus to Quincy Center. Follow walking directions above.
