Development Projects
We are proud to have partnered with the South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation (SBNDC) to develop 87 new units of affordable housing in three properties in South Boston. Caritas contributed our expertise in ground-up construction management and financing to bring these new units serving veteran families, low-income individuals, and seniors to South Boston. The properties are managed by the SBNDC. Anyone interested in renting units in these properties should contact Michelle Zenga, michelle.zenga@sbndc.org, 617-268-9610.
