Caritas Website Pipeline Projects

Midwinter Apartments is the ground-up development of a 34-unit Passive Housing building for extremely low-income homeless individuals in Quincy Point. All units feature private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Robust supportive services will be provided by Father Bill’s & MainSpring, with property management provided by NeighborWorks Housing Solutions, Caritas’s Joint Venture Partner.

Vernon Street Veterans Apartments is the adaptive reuse of an underutilized, vacant office building in Transit Oriented Norwood Center into 20 Studio units for Veterans who are homeless and at-risk of homelessness. The project has a local preference for Norwood residents. All units will have their own bathroom and kitchenette, with robust onsite supportive services provided by Clear Path for Veterans New England. Caritas will serve as property manager of the site.
