At Caritas, we believe that every person deserves a safe, dignified place to call home. Since 1985, Caritas has helped fill the need for safe, secure housing for very low-income individuals in Greater Boston as the largest non-profit owner of Single Room Occupancy (SRO) housing in Greater Boston – serving over 1,000 people annually. Full-time roles with Caritas are entitled to benefits including competitive salary, PTO, 12 paid holidays, health, dental, and vision benefits, company-paid Long Term Disability and Group Term Life insurance, PFML benefits through a private carrier, flex/dependent care spending, and a 403(b) that Caritas matches at up to 3% of your yearly salary. Certain positions offer remote hybrid hours.
