The Caritas Communities event team has worked hard to be flexible and responsive as our public health reality evolves in unpredictable ways. We have been holding out hope that we could gather safely in November to celebrate our donors and the work of Caritas, while also offering the option to attend remotely through a live-stream program and home celebration packages. However, due to factors including mask mandates, infection rates, and feedback from sponsoring companies, we have decided to move to an entirely virtual event.

The good news is that since we planned a multi-platform event, we have everything in place to provide a high quality, inspiring experience.

The pandemic has not only been a public health crisis but has also thrown into stark relief the inequities in our society and the fragility of those at the bottom of the wealth spectrum. A crisis will immediately jeopardize the ability of many people to meet their basic needs, including housing. Without Housing for All, a more equitable community can never be achieved.

You can help our residents survive the turmoil with a stable foundation and a path forward.

You can support residents with rental relief and connection to community services such as food, health, employment, and other benefits.

You can help reduce inequities by providing more people with more housing.

You can help residents, and Caritas, plan for The Road Ahead.
